Mobile dog grooming is a convenient, stress-free service where we bring our fully equipped grooming spa directly to your home. Your dog is groomed right outside your door in a quiet, clean, one-on-one environment—no cages, no waiting, no noisy salon.

We only accept debit/credit cards. At the time of booking, a card is required to confirm your appointment request and will be kept on file. Your card will be charged on the date of service following the appointment.

We currently serve McKinney, TX, Prosper, TX and surrounding communities. If you’re just outside our service area, contact us—we may be able to work you into our schedule, or add you to our waitlist.

Do you groom all breeds and sizes?2025-08-15T18:55:05-05:00

We welcome most breeds and sizes! Keep in mind that some breeds require frequent haircuts to maintain a preferred style. Our services do not include a full body haircut at this time.

How long does a grooming appointment take?2025-08-15T18:54:41-05:00

Most appointments take 1–2 hours, depending on your dog’s size, coat condition, and the services selected. Dogs with severe matting, or those requiring extra care may take longer.

What is your cancellation policy?2025-08-15T18:54:12-05:00

Because last-minute changes have a big impact on mobile grooming routes, we require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations. Any appointment cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time will still be cancelled, but the card on file will be charged the full appointment fee.

What if my dog is nervous or aggressive?2025-08-15T18:53:46-05:00

We pride ourselves on gentle, patient handling, but if your dog shows extreme aggression or anxiety, additional handling fees may apply. In rare cases, we may need to stop the groom for everyone’s safety. In these cases there will be no refund and the client will be charged for the full appointment fee.

Just your dog! Our van is fully self-contained with fresh water, high-end grooming products, and professional equipment. We ask that you provide a leash with a dog collar or harness so that we can safely get your pup to our van and back to your home.

Can I provide my own preferred dog shampoo and conditioner?2025-08-15T18:52:56-05:00

Yes! If you have a specific shampoo or conditioner you’d like us to use, we’re happy to accommodate. However, please note that our pricing will remain the same in these cases. We already offer a selection of five premium shampoo and conditioner combinations to suit most dogs’ needs, but we understand some customers prefer to bring their own products—and we’re happy to make that work for you.

Never. We use hand-held and high-velocity dryers to gently and quickly dry your dog’s coat—no cages and no heat drying.

What if my dog has fleas or ticks?2025-08-15T18:51:58-05:00

If fleas or ticks are found during the appointment, we will use a safe, effective flea/tick shampoo at an additional fee. For heavy infestations, we may need to reschedule after treatment at home.

How do you choose the shampoo and conditioner?2025-08-15T18:51:08-05:00

We offer five premium shampoo & conditioner combinations, each designed for specific coat and skin needs—from sensitive skin to deep-cleaning and coat-enhancing treatments. Your groomer will help select the best option for your pup.

What happens if my dog is matted?2025-08-15T18:50:33-05:00

Light tangles can be brushed out at no extra cost. Severe matting, however, requires extra time and care, and may result in an additional fee.
